Cancellation Penalty Table
The applicable refund is determined by how far in advance the cancellation is notified:

Early cancellation
90% refund
Between 5 and 29 days before
Partial cancellation
50% refund
Less than 4 days before
Late cancellation
No refund
* The refund percentage is calculated on the total amount paid at the time of cancellation.

Date Changes
We accept date changes as an alternative to cancellation, subject to availability. To reschedule your expedition, contact us as early as possible at reservas@perujungle.com or at +51 984 723 639.

Cancellation by the Company
In exceptional cases — such as natural phenomena, extreme weather, road closures, or force majeure — Perú Jungle Expeditions may suspend the service.
In such cases, the company will not apply any penalty to the client and will offer rescheduling to a mutually agreed alternative date at no additional cost.
