Booking Policy

Conditions and Booking Process

To guarantee the availability of your expedition, Perú Jungle Expeditions requires formal booking confirmation through a deposit. Below we detail the full process and applicable conditions.

Booking Process

The booking is formalized in the following steps:

  • The client contacts Perú Jungle Expeditions and selects the package or expedition of interest
  • A personalized quote is sent with confirmed availability and itinerary
  • The client pays the 50% deposit of the total service cost
  • The booking is confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the deposit
  • The remaining 50% is paid before the service begins

Minimum Booking Notice

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the service start. For groups, remote expeditions (Manu National Park), or custom packages, we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure guide, accommodation, and transport availability.
