Scope of Services
Perú Jungle Expeditions is a Peruvian travel and tourism agency offering expeditions and tourist packages, including Amazon tours (Manu National Park, Puerto Maldonado), Cusco tours (City Tour, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu), and custom trips.

Booking Conditions
A booking is formalized when the client:
- — Submits a booking request and receives written confirmation
- — Makes the deposit payment per current booking policy
- — Expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions

Company Responsibilities
Perú Jungle Expeditions commits to:
- — Deliver contracted services with quality and efficiency
- — Provide trained local guides committed to responsible ecotourism
- — Promptly inform clients of any itinerary changes
- — Respect environmental regulations of all natural areas visited

Client Responsibilities
The client commits to:
- — Provide accurate information when booking
- — Present required documentation (passport, visa if applicable)
- — Follow guide instructions, especially in natural reserves
- — Have valid travel insurance — strongly recommended for jungle and adventure tours

Limitation of Liability
Perú Jungle Expeditions is not responsible for:
- — Damages from force majeure (natural events, strikes, road closures)
- — Accidents from failure to follow guide instructions
- — Loss or damage of personal belongings
- — Adverse weather conditions affecting the itinerary

Prices and Currency
Prices are quoted in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and/or US Dollars (USD) as indicated in each quote. We reserve the right to update prices due to significant operational cost changes, with prior notice to the client.

Intellectual Property
All website content — texts, photographs, logos, designs, and itineraries — is the exclusive property of Perú Jungle Expeditions or has been licensed for use. Reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Cusco, Peru.
